Kevin Jonas is now the proud papa of a baby girl – and he live-tweeted the birthing experience!
When the 26 year old’s wife Danielle was in labor yesterday, he started things off with the tweet and Instagram post, “#babyjonas is on the way!! Follow dreft for all the updates!!!!!!!!! It’s showtime #thisisnotadrill”. Soon, he aded, “I’m so excited #BabyJonasIsComing“.
He continued updating as Danielle began pushing, and when Alena Rose Jonas was finally born.
Once the baby came into the world, Kevin tweeted an adorable photo of Danielle and the little one, with the caption, “On this day, a little star was born.” It wasn’t long before Kevin became enamored: “I’m so in love with her,” he wrote. Check out the video to see the photo of the new little Jonas!
“We are overjoyed at the birth of Alena Rose Jonas,” the couple said in a statement shortly after the birth. “She is precious! We could not be more excited to start building our family together. We want to thank our family and friends for their love and support, and our fans for all of their well wishes.”
“It’s been the most exciting thing in my life so far,” Kevin said back when he learned of Danielle’s pregnancy. “I’m excited and I’m nervous.”
