Josh Duggar has kept a low profile since entering a treatment facility earlier this year after he admitted he had been unfaithful to his wife for years, which was discovered after the Ashley Madison hack.

The former 19 Kids and Counting star has been disgraced after not only the Ashley Madison scandal, but also after it was revealed he had molested underage girls when he was a teenager, some of whom were his own sisters. Now more of his transgressions are coming to light after adult star Danica Dillon filed a $500,000 lawsuit against Duggar after sleeping with him twice in the past year.

According to her documents, Dillon claims that the 27-year-old TLC star “assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries.” She acknowledges that sex was consensual, but goes on to state that things went way too far, alleging that Duggar “manhandled” her so bad that she “felt as if she were being raped.”

After the first incident, Dillon states the Duggar sought her out again to apologize and she agreed to be with him again; however, once again things got out of hand. Dillon and Duggar first met in a Philadelphia strip club in March where he reportedly paid her $600 for lap dances and then an additional $1500 to have sex with him.

Dillon cites that her time with Duggar has caused emotional and physical suffering and she is also now being treated for severe anxiety. Meanwhile, not much has been seen or heard of Duggar who is presumably still in a rehab center in Rockford, Illinois, while his wife of six years Anna remains supportive.
