Did Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth just tie the knot in a secret holiday celebration?
Speculation began when Instagram stories surfaced on Conrad Carr’s page of Hemsworth and Cyrus cutting what appeared to be a wedding cake. Miley also looked to be wearing a white dress in the photos and Hemsworth a full tuxedo and boutonniere. Other stories featured Liam and his brothers taking shots with a display of bright pink ballrooms that read “Mr and Mrs,” leading many to believe the intimate affair was the wedding of a longtime beloved celebrity couple!
The background of the stories features Miley’s mother, Tish Cyrus, holding up a phone to take a photo of the couple. While Miley’s sisters, Noah and Brandy, aren’t directly shown in the videos, it’s clear they were in attendance based on a photo of them together posing on Brandi’s story. Noah Cyrus also had a story of the evening in which she appears to be crying and doing a thumbs up to the camera. The photo evidence definitely seems like a low-key wedding ceremony, but some are speculating it could have also been a dress rehearsal.
Cryus and Liam met on the set of the 2010 romantic drama The Last Song and Hemsworth proposed in May 2012. The two had a split in September 2013 but rekindled their relationship two years later.
