Jennifer Lawrence really opened up in the October issue of Vanity Fair. She offered her two (plus two more) cents on the whole celebrity photo hacking incident, and then she put her claws away, and got a little risque with a subtle proposition.
Jennifer admitted to have a thing for two older guys: Woody Allen and Larry David. She’s savvy, that Jennifer. We can all understand the Woody Allen thing. Hoping to find yourself with a job for a guy who enjoys flattery, and young, blonde women (or younger women in general). Stating her admiration wasn’t a terrible professional ploy for the young actress. Jennifer then stated that she “worships” Woody Allen, but she doesn’t “feel it below the belt” in the way she does for comedian Larry David.
There was no way Larry David could not respond to such a statement.
When asked about Jennifer’s comments at a recent event, Larry quipped, “Maybe she’s referring to her knees.” After the initial laugh, he went no to say, “I don’t think I could do it. On one hand it’s very flattering and on another hand, it’s kind of a shame–in terms of timing. I’d have fun watching the reality show of it though.”
And we could probably get behind that. A new show with Larry David and Jennifer Lawrence? Loosely scripted. Single camera. It would be worth a go for one of these cable networks.
Still, who knew Jennifer Lawrence had such a thing for grandpas? That’s encouraging for the aging male, and a little disconcerting for Jennifer’s peers. If she asks Chris Martin to dye his hair white, we’ll know something is really up.
