It is no secret that in Hollywood many stars have turned to plastic surgery, and in many cases have been advised to undergo plastic surgery to “better” their careers.

Although many stars have decided to not address their plastic surgery changes, others have no problem opening up about it, and one of those stars is The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco. As the cover star for the December issue of Women’s Health, the 30-year-old talked about the changes she made to her body, and how happy she is she got it done. “Years ago, I had my nose done. And my boobs – best thing I ever did. Recently I had a filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12. As much as you want to love your inner self… I’m sorry, you also want to look good. I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing.”

While she is very open about what she has done in terms of plastic surgery, her rock hard abs and toned body is all natural. “The bottom line is I’m not 21 anymore, so it used to be so easy and I didn’t have to do as much. But you’re getting a little older and I’ve got to cut things out. It’s important, it’s now part of my day. Working out is part of my day, eating right is part of my day.”
