It has now been several days since the only daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, Bobbi Kristina Brown, 21, was rushed to hospital after being found facedown in a filled bathtub at her Atlanta home.
While reports of her condition fluctuate between hopeful and despairing, she is still fighting for her life and was recently moved to a new hospital, Atlanta’s Emory University Hospital, and reports indicate she did open and close her eyes a few times on Monday, however remains mostly unresponsive.
While she has been in the hospital more details of her life have been coming to light, including information about her alleged husband Nick Gordon.
The couple made headlines a couple of years ago when it was discovered they were in a relationship after being raised as brother and sister when Houston took the orphaned Gordon in when he was 12 years old.
While Gordon is often referred to as Bobbi’s husband, lawyers recently confirmed they are not legally married, “Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon,” her father’s lawyer said in a statement.
The circumstances surrounding Bobbi’s near drowning are still being investigated although many people state that she had been fighting with Gordon and had still not been able to cope with the death of her mother, and with the the three year anniversary of Houston’s death approaching on February 11, there are many concerns for Bobbi’s mental health.
