Jack is having issues with Phyllis after she reveals that she is the one who kidnapped Adam. Jack is caught in a sticky situation because he must keep quiet about it if he wants her to stay a free woman. He’s also running into problems at work so he uses his authority to take control at Jabot — he needs to remind everyone who is boss.

5. Noah’s Trial Begins

Noah’s trial starts and he must take the stand. Dylan has to participate as a witness for the prosecution, but he doesn’t like it. Later, Noah will hear the verdict of his case. Will he be forced to face the consequences of his actions? Billy wants to protect Noah, but Christine is out for blood because he’s a Newman.

4. Nikki Loses her Fortune

The tables have turned! Nikki has some issues when it comes to her fortune. She also uses the affair between Judge Eloise Moxley and Victor Newman as blackmail material to persuade Eloise to let Noah off. It doesn’t seem to work when Eloise makes a threatening statement about how the Newman’s always seem to get away with everything…maybe it’s time one of them pays the consequences?

3. Marisa Tries to Keep Summer and Luca Apart

Marisa does everything she can to keep Summer and Luca apart. She tries to warn Summer away, but it falls on deaf ears. Noah and Marisa’s relationship moves forward when Noah believes that he has little time left as a free man. Meanwhile, Luca takes pleasure in seeing Noah and Marisa’s problems. Marisa reaches her breaking point with Luca.

Victoria is standing in as head of the enterprise while Victor tries to pull his life back together. Victoria wants to make things right with Victor, but Victor isn’t happy about her trying to fill his shoes at the family business. Fans will be shocked to learn that he might be able to get himself out of trouble once again with a certain “medical excuse” that could keep him from going to jail.

1. Nick Clashes with Sage

Nick isn’t happy when Sage invites Shawn to move into her place after a break in. Sage’s desire to adopt might be the end of their relationship as it makes things incredibly complicated between the two. Nick doesn’t like Sage’s obsession with adoption and he turns to Sharon to confide in with his frustrations. But Sharon has her own set of problems after she experiences a horrible nightmare. Looks like her past has come back to haunt her.
