It looks like any hope of a reconciliation between beloved Long Island Medium couple Theresa and Larry Caputo is out of the question.
Six months after the pair emotionally announced to fans that they were separating after 28 years of marriage, the pair have decided that the trial separation needs to be more permanent.
“The separation was a three-month trial period and we’ve moved on from that point. We’re in divorce proceedings so that’s been going on for the past six months,” Larry told TMZ. “It’s not finalized. I don’t know when it will be but that’s where we’re at.”
He added, “I’m doing fine. I know she’s doing well. I’m happy. We’ve moved on with our lives.”
Even more shocking than the fact that the two have decided to divorce was Larry’s news that he has already moved on! “I have moved on,” Larry said. “I’m fortunate enough to say that I have met someone special. But I’ll just leave it for that now.”
Additionally, it never seemed like a reconciliation was going to happen as shortly after their December split, Theresa confirmed that Larry was living in L.A. and she continued to be in New York. “I’ve been here 9 months now,” Larry added.
Larry and Theresa, who share two adult children Larry Jr. and Victoria, announced their split in a joint statement in December 2017: “After 28 years of marriage, we have decided to legally separate. We will always love each other and our two wonderful children. We are united in supporting each other and our family. Please respect our privacy during this time.”
