Demi Lovato played it really cool after taking a pretty nasty fall at the WaterMarke Tower in Downtown Los Angeles on Sunday, July 5.
The 22-year-old superstar was on-hand for a special performance of her new single “Cool for the Summer,” which had her on a stage in the middle of pool surrounded by screaming fans.
Lovato donned a gorgeous swimsuit, appropriate for the performance; however, the high heels were not and proved to be her downfall after she took one wrong step on the slippery stage. “Well…It’s not a tour without busting ass!!!! #NotCoolForTheSummer #F–kIt” she joked on social media while sharing the video, which shows her falling pretty hard on her face on stage and then getting up and jumping into the pool.
The track, which was just released last Wednesday, has already hit number one on iTunes thanks to its sexy and catchy lyrics. Lovato is easily one of the most popular artists out there thanks to memorable performances such as this one.
Not only did she continue to perform after her fall, but she also made the best of the situation, as she even went on to do another performance that same day at Temple Night Club in San Francisco.
