Claire Foy Shakes Things Up With An Asymmetrical Jumpsuit At The Critics’ Choice Awards
It’s always a breath of fresh air to see a standout jumpsuit moment in a sea of dresses when it comes to awards shows! For the 2019 Critics’ Choice Awards, Claire Foy did exactly that.
For the event, Foy was nominated for best supporting actress for her role in First Man and she opted for the perfect ensemble for the special evening. Rather than a typical floor-length gown, Foy shook things up with an asymmetrical sparkling jumpsuit. The semi-sheer look featured a pair of belted trousers paired with a halter- style sparkling bodice. The trousers cut at the perfect height just above the ankle to show off her metallic silver heels. Foy added even more sparkle by accessorizing with a large diamond ring and stud earrings. For beauty, Foy styled her brunette tresses in loose waves and wore a minimal, clean makeup look.
What we love most about this look, however, is the unique glitzy and sheer detailing that slings perfectly on one shoulder. It adds an unexpected sultry touch, especially when contrasted against a bare shoulder sleeve that shows a hint of skin.
