Bill Cosby’s innocence is becoming increasingly difficult to believe as more and more women come forward claiming the once beloved comedian sexually assaulted them.
The latest victim to come forward is Judith Huth from Southern California who claims that Cosby molested her around 1974 when she was only 15 years old.
Huth officially filed her lawsuit on Tuesday December 2 in L.A.
The documents state that Huth and her friend met Cosby when he approached them at a movie filming in L.A. and the three met the next weekend at a tennis club which involved Cosby buying the underage teens alcohol.
Huth then claims that Cosby told them to follow him to the Playboy Mansion and instructed the teens to say they were of legal age if asked.
Huth alleges that the molestation then took place at the Playboy Mansion in a bedroom suite when Cosby “proceeded to sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent.”
As a result of the incident Huth is seeking compensatory, punitive and exemplary damages, “This traumatic incident, at such a tender age, has caused psychological damage and mental anguish for [Huth] that has caused significant problems throughout her life.”
Huth is only one of more than a dozen women who have come forward claiming that Cosby, 77, sexually assaulted them while many also claim they were drugged first.
Meanwhile Cosby’s lawyer continues to state there is no basis of truth in the accusations but the scope of victims and backlash has caused the comedian to cancel shows while networks such as TV Land have pulled all re-runs of “The Cosby Show” and others have cancelled scheduled programming for the comedian’s stand-up work.
