The internet has gone crazy over the news that Netflix is rebooting the classic ’90s series Full House — but what about Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen?
The 28 year-old fashion mavens said that they “just found out” about the show, which will follow the lives of the now grown-up Tanner sisters, DJ (played by Candace Cameron Bure), Stephanie (played by Jodie Sweetin) and Michelle (played by Mary Kate and Ashley). The show has a bit of a dark tinge to it, with the sisters having gone through some tough times.
In fact, Mary Kate said that she was “shocked” that she didn’t get a phone call from John Stamos, who played Uncle Jessie on the show.
Ashley also chimed in, saying that she’s going to call Bob Saget, who played their father, Danny Tanner, to get his perspective.
Candace, Stephanie and John have already confirmed that they will be part of the new show’s cast. Andrea Barber, who played DJ’s friend Kimmy Gibbler, may also make an appearance.
So here’s the big question: will Mary Kate and Ashley, who left acting behind a long time ago, want to be part of the show?

The classic sitcom’s comeback, called Fuller House, will premiere on Netflix in 2016.
