Princess Beatrice and her fiancé Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi celebrated their engagement with a star-studded party on Wednesday night!

The glamorous event definitely had an A-list guest list with celebrities in attendance like singer Ellie Goulding, James Middleton, Pippa Middleton, James Blunt, and Robert De Niro. The bride-to-be’s mother Sarah Ferguson and sister Princess Eugenie were also both in attendance, but Beatrice’s father Prince Andrew was noticeably absent from the event. Andrew likely skipped the party due to the ongoing controversy surrounding his ties to Jeffrey Epstein.

Beatrice and Mozzi announced their engagement this past September after Mozzi proposed during a trip to Italy. The nuptials are expected to take place in early summer 2020 but an official announcement on the date will be shared in January.

“We are extremely happy to be able to share the news of our recent engagement. We are both so excited to be embarking on this life adventure together and can’t wait to be married,” they said in a statement after their engagement was announced. “We share so many similar interests and values and we know that this will stand us in great stead for the years ahead, full of love and happiness.”
