Actor Mark Wahlberg, 43, is probably used to people becoming starstruck in his presence, he is after all THE Marky Mark and has become one of the hottest actors on the big screen.
It seems however the roles were reversed when someone special was on the set of Ted 2 to film a couple of scenes.
As a Boston, Massachusetts native, Wahlberg is a huge fan of the NFL’s New England Patriots and could barely contain his excitement when filming scenes with none other then star quarterback Tom Brady.
“We finished shooting Ted 2. We have a performance by none other than the greatest quarterback of all time — Tom Brady. He plays himself. He does an amazing job,” the actor stated of his favorite quarterback.
In the film, Wahlberg rightly plays a super fan who shows up at Brady’s door, “I kept staring into his eyes are so blue — bluer than Daytona Beach and Spring Break!” an excited Wahlberg exclaimed.
Luckily for Wahlberg he ensured this won’t be the last time he and Brady work together.
The 3 time Super Bowl winning champion is also set to have a cameo in the upcoming Entourage movie with Mark Wahlberg who is the producer behind the hit show.
Brady made a cameo in the show in 2009 and will appear in the film along with three more of the Patriots stars, tight-end Rob Gronkowski, running back Steven Ridley and wide receiver Julian Edelmen.
Ted 2 is set for release in June 2015.
