Some celebrities are fanatics about exercise. Even though they are blessed with amazing genetics, these celebrities are so obsessed with their bodies that they still exercise for hours a day, which isn’t always necessary for staying in shape. 7. Gwyneth Paltrow

When it comes to exercise, Gwyneth Paltrow is excessive. She has been a supporter of the Tracy Anderson Method for several years now, which means that she exercises for two hours a day, five to six times a week. Paltrow does look great for her age, but does she really need to exercise that much?

6. Pink

For her rock star body, Pink works exceptionally hard. She hits the gym five to six times a week for 90 minutes a session and, while she is there, she does everything from circuit training to treadmill intervals. Before her shows, she also puts in a couple of hours of exercise, which includes cardio and yoga. Where does the energy (and time) for all of this come from?!

5. Jessica Biel

Jessica Biel is better known for her muscular physique than for her acting roles these days. The “Valentine’s Day” actress, who has admitted she sometimes works out for up to five hours a day, hikes, walks, does ballet or goes to the gym every single day. Sounds a little extreme, if you ask us!

Ryan Reynolds’ body always looks like it is ready for a starring role in a blockbuster movie. According to his personal trainer, the “Green Lantern” star has been working hard on his body for about eight years. Even in roles that don’t require him to be super buff – like “The Amityville Horror” – he still looks unnaturally ripped.

Kelly Ripa hits the gym seven days a week and works out with her trainer for three of those days. With her trainer, she does cardio ballet and power yoga and, at the gym, she does does everything from brisk walking to running on treadmills to yoga or spinning. Sounds like she’s addicted to exercising, if you ask us!

Madonna has been an exercise fanatic for years. Even though she is in her 50s, her workouts have not slowed down in the least. These days, she exercises for two hours a day, six days a week and her intense fitness regime includes lifting weights and doing cardio, yoga and Pilate’s workouts.

I’m consistent, and when I’m not consistent, it shows up on my body,” the exercise enthusiast said.
