It sounds like Victor and Adam’s plan might’ve worked out perfectly, as Billy and Lily will be blindsided today. But if this is Chance Comm’s defeat, have they merely lost one battle, or the whole war?
Also, Nina will grieve for Chance in her own way. Will this tragedy bring her and Abby closer together?

The Devil has seemingly learned his lesson from the 1990s possession, and realizes that John and Marlena have to be dealt with. Their undying love is poison to the evil one, so he’ll look to destroy the super-couple before they can vanquish him again.
Abigail and Chad are reunited and finally able to put the past behind them. What can “Chabby” fans hope to see on the horizon for this couple (besides maybe an interruption from EJ)?
Elsewhere, Gwen will swindle Melinda into returning Xander’s “briefcase”. How will she manage this? Also, will Xander consider cutting her in, for her troubles?

In other developments, Maxie will question Chase’s motives (which sounds a little backwards to us), while Curtis gets an unwelcome visitor at The Savoy.

Jack will invite Sheila to lunch at Il Giardino, presumably to beg her to leave town again. In any case, he’ll have to put a pin in that argument when he sees Finn enter the establishment — and hides from his son! Will Sheila continue to hold the truth over Jack’s head, or tell Finn all about his biological father? (Never mind that Finn has never flat-out asked about him…)
