17-year old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, Kylie Jenner, along with her mother Kris Jenner, have been served with a lawsuit by a woman who was involved in a car accident with the the young star back in 2013.

The Los Angeles woman claims that she was severely injured when a car Kylie was driving rear-ended the woman’s car in Calabasas, California.

The woman, Alida Griselie Palma Rivera is suing, Kylie, Kris as well as Karina Alvarez for “negligence, unsafe speed and other causes of action.”

While her injuries are not specified, Rivera claims she suffered both internal and external injuries to her body after Kris’s Mercedes Benz G Class SUV hit her.

She also claims that “Kylie was driving at an “unsafe speed” that made it difficult for her to negotiate a safe stop when she reached the intersection.”

She names Kris Jenner in the lawsuit because as the owner of the vehicle, she allowed Kylie to drive it and should have known she was not a competent driver as Kylie only passed her driver’s test two weeks earlier.

When the accident happened, police reported they had been called to an accident but announced there were no injuries and everything was handled at the scene.

There have been no comments for the Jenner’s, although filing a year later probably means they can settle this out of court with some hefty financial compensations made to the woman.
