Khloe Kardashian is baring a lot more than her hot body for the most recent issue of Complex magazine, as she also opened up about her relationship with ex-husband Lamar Odom.
The 31-year-old Kardashian first turned heads for her stunning cover and photo shoot for the publication, but the interview is just as revealing as she speaks about rocky marriage with Lamar Odom, as well as the two years they spent separated. They finally signed the divorce papers on July 21, 2015.
“I talked to Lamar this morning. I talk to Lamar as often as I can, which is inconsistent, but not on my terms,” she said when asked what her relationship with Lamar is now like. She then talked about the marriage and divorce, which had not yet happened at the time the article was written, and added, “Lamar is genuinely one of the best people I’ve ever met, and everyone says that when they meet him. I think Lamar’s gonna always be that person [for me] but that’s what made it so special.”
She then admitted that even though they have been separated for quite awhile, she still misses him. “Oh my god, I miss him every day. I miss what we had — things we got to do together and just memories. I like looking back and holding on to that stuff. I definitely miss it, and there’s times I’ll get so sentimental and so sad, but this had to happen for some reason. I’ll figure it out over time, someone will give me the answer eventually.”
Not only was Khloe candid about her own love life, she also had no problem discussing all the other relationships in her life including the one she has with her mother, her father and his transition to Caitlyn Jenner. She even commented on the much buzzed about relationship of her 17-year-old sister Kylie with 25-year-old rapper Tyga.
“I think at 16 I was probably f–king someone that was in their 20s, for sure. I wouldn’t say even dating, probably just sleeping with them. But again Kylie is not a normal 17-year-old […] Let’s treat this as a special case.”
