“I love you, momma,” River Rose, 5, said to the camera. “I hope you have a good birthday day and I love you so much. And I would sing a special song for when it’s your birthday, well, today.”
Then, their 4-year-old son Remy gave a notably shorter message for his mom, saying, “Okay, happy birthday. The end,” before Blackstock gave him a nudge, asking, “The end? Did you tell her how much you love her?”
“I love you and I’m gonna sing you a special song,” he said.
Clarkson’s 13-year-old stepson Seth also appears in the video alongside Blackstock. “Happy Birthday Kelly, I love you,” he said, before his father sent his own birthday wishes to his wife.
“Happy birthday baby,” he said. “I love you more than you’ll ever know.”
In response to the birthday wishes, Clarkson took to Twitter, writing, Just now seeing this and I am bawling! They’re all so cute! I’ve had a bit of a rough week and this just turned it around ❤️.”
Clarkson has been in Montana with Blackstock, River, Remy, Seth and 18-year-old stepdaughter Savannah for nearly a month, sharing bits from their home with fans via social media.
