Week two of season 30 of Dancing With the Stars brought a lot of highs and lows, but of course someone had to be the first sent home of the season.

There were a lot of strong performances and definitely some not so strong performances, and meanwhile Pelaton fitness instructor Cody Rigsby had to be judged off of rehearsal tape due to his partner Cheryl Burke’s illness and their inability to be in the ballroom.

The Talk co-host Amanda Kloots and her partner Alan Bersten earned the highest score of the night, a 32 out of 40, for their foxtrot. Following closely behind on the leaderboard were Jojo Siwa and partner Jenna Johnson’s cha cha which scored a 31 out of 40. As well as Spice Girls band member Mel C and partner Gleb Savchenko’s foxtrot which got a 30 out of 40.

Olympic gold medalist Suni Lee and her partner Sasha Farber received a 28 out of 40 for their cha cha. Olivia Jade Giannulli and partner Val Chmerkovskiy’s Viennese waltz got a 27 out of 40. As did country singer Jimmie Allen and Emma Slater for their rumba, and actress Melora Hardin and partner Artem Chigvintsev also earned a 27 out of 40.

Not far behind were WWE star Mike “The Miz” Mizanin and partner Witney Carson who earned a 26 out of 40 for their tango. NBA star Iman Shumpert and his partner Daniella Karagach’s rumba earned a 25 out of 40. While Bling Empire actress Christine Chiu and partner Pasha Pashkov received a 24 out of 40 for their salsa. Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore and her partner Brandon Armstrong also scored a 24 out of 40 for their cha cha. Despite not being able to compete, Cody Rigsby and Cheryl Burke still scored a 24 out of 30 for their rehearsal tape salsa.

Falling to the bottom of the pack were Brian Austin Green and his partner, girlfriend Sharna Burgess’ rumba which got a 23 out of 40. Followed by Bachelor alum Matt James and his partner Lindsay Arnold who earned a 22 out of 40 for their samba.

At the very bottom was Cobra Kai star Martin Kove after he and Britt Stewart earned a score of 15 out of 40 for their cha cha.

In the end, it was Martin Kove and Britt Stewart, and Christine Chiu and Pasha Pashkov who were up for elimination. The judges decided to save Chiu meaning it was the last dance for Kove and Stewart.

Next week will be the first themed night of season 30 with the stars dancing to music by Britney Spears.
