14. Queen Elizabeth’s Russian Fringe Tiara
Queen Elizabeth married Prince Philip on November 20, 1947, looking stunning as ever. For the big day, Elizabeth opted for an embroidered satin gown designed by Norman Hartnell and topped her look with a Russian Fringe tiara. The jewelry piece was designed for her grandmother Queen Mary in 1919 and it can be worn both as a necklace or a tiara. Shockingly, the tiara infamously broke on her wedding day but was quickly repaired just in time for her to walk down the aisle.
