One Direction has still got it!

The boy band took home three of the fifteen awards at this weekend’s MTV European Music Awards, held in Glasgow, Scotland.

One Direction won the prizes for Best Pop, Best Live, and Biggest Fans. “Our fans really are amazing !” Louis Tomlinson tweeted after collecting the prizes via video, since he and the rest of One Direction are currently in London preparing for an appearance on X Factor, the show that made them stars in the first place. “Thank you so much for your amazing support ! 3 EMA’s !! Thank you ! Thank you ! Thank you ! #MTVEMA

Meanwhile, Ariana Grande scored big with Best Female and Best Song (for “Problem,” which also features Iggy Azalea).

“This has been a really crazy year, last year I was presenting to Iggy and this year I’m nominated for a bunch of things and I got to open the show and I can’t thank everybody who’s been supporting me this past year enough. I can’t tell you how grateful I am,” she said in her acceptance speech.

The 21 year-old continued: “I also want to thank MTV for having me again because last year, when I met Iggy, I feel like that’s part of the reason Problem happened, which is why everything happened this year, so thank you.”

Katy Perry also proved she’s still a pop powerhouse, winning Best Look, plus Best Video for “Dark Horse”.
