The Grammys are always filled with dramatic fashion moments, but Cardi B blew us away with her look for the 2019 Grammys celebration. She definitely proved that she isn’t afraid of a dramatic fashion moment and that she knows how to make an entrance.
The artist stepped out at the Grammys this year with a 5-person entourage to help her carry her bold fashion ensemble to the red carpet. The look featured a sheer nude bodice and a skirt that many people are calling a pearl-and-oyster inspired look. The ruffled, fanned-out black skirt was upturned and featured a pink satin lining. She paired the look with pearls around her neck and a pearl headpiece in her bun. The vintage ensemble is reported to be from designer Mugler’s 1995 fall couture collection.
