Over the years it has been revealed that many Teen Mom stars have been offered adult film deals, and of course Farrah Abraham has become infamous for actually taking the deal to boost her career, but years later it seems another star is seriously considering it.

On Wednesday, May 25 many outlets reported that Teen Mom OG star Amber Portwood has been offered an adult tape contract from Vivid Entertainment with reports indicating she is being offered $85,000 in an advance plus 35 percent of the net revenues. While many assumed it was simply a rumor, Portwood and her fiance Matt Baier confirmed they had sat down and talked to Vivid Entertainment CEO Steven Hirsch but had not come to a decision.

Portwood then told E! News, “It’s in consideration. I still have not made up my mind. I am not strapped for cash. I have a nice house, a nice life. I have everything I need. But I’m a business person.” However, the 27-year-old also said that she could make millions which would help her in “opening rehab centers all over the world.” She added, “Right now I am weighing the pros and cons. I’ve called most of my family and they told me they love me no matter what.”

Of course, fans of Teen Mom will be surprised by this news because of how often Portwood has criticized co-star Abraham for being a “porn star” and selling herself, but Matt Baier said the situations are different. “The difference is that Vivid approached Amber. Farrah had to make her tape and sell it to vivid.”

Unsurprisingly, Abraham had something to say about the potential next move for Portwood, stating that she is just trying to be like her. “They hope to follow in footsteps of mine, the envy of them wanting to be never fails. I doubt doing a sex tape at 26 is the right direction. It’s sad how hard Amber tries to be me.” After Abraham’s comments, Baier responded, saying, “It bums me out that Farrah would say negative things and come at us like that. When she made her tape, MTV kicked her off the show. Amber and I were the only ones to support her and to this day we stand by that. Our issues with Farrah have nothing to do with her tape.”

As for if they do decide to go through with the deal, Portwood added, “I would hope my fans wouldn’t judge me for trying to make more out of life.”
