Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry is definitely moving on quickly from her ex-husband Javi Marroquin!
The MTV reality personality sat down with Us Weekly and opened up about the potential of her ex dating again. “I don’t care,” Lowry admitted. “I like to know who’s around my kids, but when it comes down to it, that’s the only thing I care about. When he’s dating someone, at what point will he introduce them to Lincoln? That’s it. That’s all I care about.”
Lowry also revealed that they initially tried to set ground rules about dating and when to introduce their partners to son Lincoln, but admitted her ex did not abide. “He didn’t follow through. I just try to let him do his thing, I guess,” she said.
The duo recently attended season 11 of Marriage Bootcamp in an attempt to strengthen their relationship to be successful co parents, but Lowry quickly learned that her ex had different intentions and wanted to try to fix their romantic relationship as well. “I didn’t even know those were Javi’s intentions. I thought we were going in, literally, to make coparenting work,” she said. “And still when I was there and I learned that Javi wanted to make our relationship work — like an actual relationship — I was a little surprised.”
To stir the pot even more, Javi was recently spotted hanging out with another Teen Mom star, Briana DeJesus. The pair were spotted out for dinner and took a trip to Disney with their children. When asked about the relationship Javi admitted, “I would be open to dating Briana. She’s a really cool girl. Her whole family is awesome. She’s really beautiful. We text back and forth. We’ll see what happens.”
