Season 27 of Dancing With the Stars has been nothing short of surprising from shocking eliminations to blossoming romances, but there might be one that is flying more under the radar.
For the past two episodes, fans have seen social media influencer Alexis Ren and her pro partner Alan Bersten declare their feelings for each other, and even share a kiss, but there is another video of a “kiss” going around that has some talking.
On Tuesday, November 6, Dan Chappell, who goes by Radio Lunchbox, the co-host of Bobby Bones’ radio show shared an interesting video on Twitter of his friend and co-host Bobby Bones and his pro partner in the season Sharna Burgess. “They kissed! They KISSED! Bobby kissed Sharna! #dwts,” Chappell wrote alongside the video which is of Alexis Ren giving an interview but in the background Bobby and Sharna can be seen talking closely before Bobby leans in, seemingly for a kiss.
Conveniently enough, a crew member’s head is directly in the way during the kiss which has many divided about whether it was a lip-lock, a whisper in the ear, or a friendly kiss on the cheek.
Fans also commented on the Twitter post suggesting that Bobby Bones’ longtime friend wouldn’t have exposed it if he didn’t have Bones’ approval and many think that both Bobby and Sharna have been hinting that they are dating. Followers on Twitter pointed out that Bobby has said recently that he is dating someone “creative” while Burgess recently commented on her relationship status, saying, “I’m getting asked that question daily [on social media] and I never said I wasn’t dating someone! But dating someone also doesn’t mean in a relationship, you know what I mean? When it’s real and when it’s something that can be talked about, it will be.”
On Monday, November 5, Bobby and Sharna were one of five couples to make it through to the semifinals and while Bobby admitted he never thought they would make it that far, he said his plan is to “listen to what she says,” in order to get through.

Shannon Elizabeth and dance partner Derek Hough took their chemistry off stage after partnering for season six in 2008. The pair dated for more than a year after the show ended and even moved in together. “When I competed I always fell in love with my partners,” Derek revealed to USA Today.
