Ever since 2015, two years after his tragic passing in 2013, Paul Walker’s daughter Meadow Walker has been embroiled in a legal battle with Porsche, and reports indicate the 18-year-old and the luxury car company have reached a settlement.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Walker and Porsche reached a resolution on October 16, nearly four years after the actor’s death in November 2013. Due to the nature of the case, the terms of the settlement are confidential and both sides have allegedly requested that the wrongful death case be dismissed.

Two years after her father’s death, Meadow filed a lawsuit against Porsche claiming that Walker would still be alive if the company had installed proper safety features in the car. Instead, Walker and the car’s driver Roger Rodas were both killed in the crash after the vehicle not only crashed but then exploded. Meadow also alleged that the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT in which the pair were in had a history of instability and control issues as well as other defects.

Prior to her settlement with Porsche, Meadow, whose mother is Walker’s ex Rebecca Soteros, was awarded $10.1 million in a settlement from Rodas’ estate which was was reportedly paid into a trust fun for the actor’s only child. Along with the court settlements, Walker also left his entire $25 million estate to his daughter.
