The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have stepped out for a late morning engagement on Tuesday, March 5th to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Prince Charles’s formal Prince of Wales title.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton, were in attendance along with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The engagement marked one of the first events at Buckingham Palace for the year. This venue is known for being infamously private and rarely allowing photographers inside to document the event, however, an exception was made for this particular event and a few in the past.

For the morning engagement, the expecting mother-to-be opted for a striking gold dress which she topped with one of her favorite white coats by Amanda Wakeley. The golden number hit her just above the knee and featured an absolutely gorgeous cream and gold brocade pattern that gave off a metallic sheen. The shift style shape of this dress really flattered the Duchess’ budding baby bump and the golden tones made her appear even more glowing than she already is! Meghan opted for her signature low bun, a minimal makeup look and a pair of nude suede pumps.
