Meghan Markle took a break from her maternity leave and made a surprise appearance this morning to support her friend and tennis star Serena Williams at Wimbledon!
Markle was spotted in the stands with friends Lindsay Roth and Genevieve Hillis, which has led many to speculate they might be baby Archie’s godparents with his upcoming christening this weekend. The Duchess of Sussex has been attending Wimbledon consistently in recent years and even attended back in 2016 around the time that she went on her first blind date with Prince Harry. Last year, she attended the event with sister-in-law Kate Middleton, who is also a regular fixture at the event.
This year, Meghan stepped out looking comfortable and casual in a pair of blue jeans paired with a crisp white pinstripe blazer. She wore her hair in her classic loose bun with tendrils of hair framing her face and topped the look with glamorous oversized sunglasses. She also donned her go-to sun hat on and off throughout the event.
