Little People, Big World star Audrey Roloff has been sharing photos of her growing baby bump on social media after announcing her pregnancy this past February.
The documentation recently received criticism after photos of the 25-year old showing her bare stomach upset some of her fans. The allegedly offensive photo features Roloff standing in front of a bathroom mirror with her top rolled up and sweatpants rolled down to put her belly on full display. “Does it get any lower?!?” Roloff wrote.”#almost39weeks.”
Audrey’s disgruntled followers voiced their disapproving opinions in the comment section. “I love this family but I think it’s a disgrace to show your body to all the viewers. My opinion. It should be for your husband’s eyes only,” one follower said. “Why do young mothers-to-be want to show their naked bellies?” another added. Further comments included, “Audrey you are not the first person to have a baby!!!” and “I am so sick of you showing your belly.”
Audrey has yet to respond directly to the comments, but later changed her profile picture to an image of herself yet again showing off her belly in a bra and underwear seeming unfazed by the disapproving fans.
Roloff is expecting a baby girl on September 1 and celebrated her baby shower on August 18 with family and friends. “I’d say we’re very excited, but there are definitely some nerves that come along with it,” she told Us Weekly. “At this point, we’re just trying to relax and bring some calm back into our life . . . We’re looking forward to spending these last few days just the two of us.”
