Only the lives of the rich and famous. It’s hard to believe, but Kylie Jenner is the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan and with her 18th birthday quickly approaching this August, she is reportedly getting ready to leave the family nest.
TMZ has reported that Jenner has begun the process of purchasing her very own place for an unbelievable $2.7 million in an exclusive gated community in Calabasas.
While one can only imagine what a property like that would include, some of the highlights are five bedrooms, huge kitchen, its own home theatre as well as a beautiful outdoor pool.
Although her whole family is rich, it appears Kylie is purchasing the home mostly herself with only “help” from her mother Kris Jenner and will also only be a block away from her older sister’s Khloe and Kourtney in a surprisingly low-key area for a soon to be 18-year old reality star, placing her 24 miles away from Hollywood and the L.A. club scene.
The location couldn’t be any more different than the move her older sister Kendall Jenner, 19, made last year when she purchased a $ 1.39 million condo in L.A.
Kendall’s pad, which she reportedly mortgages for a whopping $910,000 a month, only has two bedrooms, but it also has a heated swimming pool which is great for the Jenner sisters who seem to love posting shots of themselves in bikinis.
