Sequins can be a difficult trend to pull off, and with the amount of stars that opt for this style on the red carpet, we’ve realized that there is a definite fine line between what looks good and what looks tacky!
Chrissy Teigen recently stepped out at the Revolve Awards wearing the most perfect sequined dress that was just the right balance! The revealing gown featured a low neckline and super high slit that was just demure enough to not show too much skin. The gown was intricately beaded and featured a pattern of sequins swirling across that kept the dress appearing modest without being too flashy or over the top. The dress also featured black sequins on top of black fabric which was the key in making the sparkly look appear subtle and understated!
She kept her look appearing sultry with a smokey eye, glossy lips, bronzed skin and tousled waves. She kept her accessories and jewelry minimal and paired the dress with strappy stiletto heels.
