More than a month after actress Megan Fox filed for divorce from her husband Brian Austin Green, he has responded to the request with a request of his own.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, Green’s own filings also cite irreconcilable differences as the reason for the termination of the marriage of five years, and a relationship that spanned 11 years resulting in two sons.

While Green’s documents are identical to Fox’s in almost every category including the request for joint custody of Noah, 2, and Bodhi, 18 months, he has checked off the box requesting spousal support from Fox while she had left that section blank.

The request isn’t surprising as Green has not really been a star since his Beverly Hills, 90210 days; however, he has worked even less since last December after he was injured in car wreck both he and Megan were in. Green ended up suffering from vertigo causing instability in his balance and he says it also affects his ability to work, and with Megan’s new surge by starring in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle films and with a recurring starring role on the new season New Girl, she is definitely making significantly more money.

The two have always seemed like a happy couple, making news of their divorce surprising, but reports indicate the two are remaining very amicable and are still living under the same roof with their sons while dealing with the terms of their separation.
