Theodora Greece, who played Alison Montgomery on The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B), has detailed her wedding plans with fiancé Mark Kumar.
The daughter of King Constantine II and Queen Anne-Marie, Greece is also known as Her Royal Highness Princess Theodora of Greece and Denmark. She will wed Kumar next year in May. The couple has been engaged since November 2018 and has been dating since 2016.
The actress and Royal portrayed Bill’s assistant Alison on B&B, who was involved in many of Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) more outrageous plots and schemes, from 2011 to 2018. One of those included an attempt to stop Hope Logan (Kim Matula) and his son Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) wedding in Italy.
Alison was recruited to watch Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and keep him as far away from the wedding as possible. The two had a heart-to-heart conversation that ended with a passionate kiss.
Besides her recurring status on B&B, Greece has appeared in a number of films, including Little Boy, June and Amnesia.
She’s also not the first aristocrat to appear on an American soap. Catherine Oxenberg, the daughter of Princess Elizabeth of Yugoslavia, appeared on the prime-time soap Dynasty. Charles Shaughnessy, who played Shane Donovan on Days of our Lives for eight years, is the fifth Baron Shaughnessy in the UK.
Greek’s monarchy officially ended in 1974, but many Royal attendees are expected to be at Greece’s wedding in May, including her godmother Queen Elizabeth II.
