7 Celebrities With The Best Curls

Many curly haired celebrities don’t typically wear their hair curly. Instead they blow dry it into loose waves or straighten it. While this works on many of these celebrities, we can’t help but feel that they look better with their naturally curly hair – if only there was some way we could convince them! We decided to find the hottest celebrities in Hollywood who have curly hair. Many of these celebrities style their hair straight or wavy, so it is hard to remember what it looks like naturally. We are pretty sure they also don’t remember. Here are 7 celebrities with the best curls!

7. Nicole Kidman

Nicole Kidman’s hair has changed considerably since she first launched her career. She used to have some of the curliest hair in the business with her corkscrew ringlets; however, she never wears her hair that way anymore. At events, the Oscar-winning actress usually wears her hair straight. According to Kidman, she has finally accepted her wild and curly mane, but we are hard pressed to find any recent photos of her without it straightened.

6. Mariah Carey

When Mariah Carey started her career, she had wild, but beautiful, curly hair; however, these days, she typically wears it straight or in controlled waves. While we think this superstar singer looks beautiful no matter what she does, we miss her natural, voluminous curls – she looked more like the girl next door. The straight, sleek hair definitely makes her look the part of the sassy diva, but there’s nothing that unique about it. Mariah, get the curls back!

5. Beyonce

Beyonce is one curly-haired celebrity who definitely prefers to wear her hair straight or in loose waves. The “Crazy in Love” singer has gone through so many hair transformations that it is hard to know what is natural. Back in her Destiny’s Child days, she had some pretty curly-looking hair; however, since she broke out on her own, she has kept her curls pretty well contained. We miss the days when she let her hair do whatever it wanted!

4. Kate Hudson

Kate Hudson has some pretty curly hair; however, we find that she usually wears it straight or in waves. Most actresses have straight, blond hair, so when Hudson chooses that kind of look, she doesn’t stand out as much as she could. We prefer when she lets her hair curl the way it did in “Almost Famous” or when she styles it in beachy waves. Both look really natural on her, but something tells us the latter one is more likely to get utilized.

3. AnnaLynne McCord

AnnaLynn McCord’s hair is naturally curly; however, like most curly-haired celebrities, she usually blow dries it into smooth waves. When she was on “90210,” she had to wear her hair straight, which was really hard on her hair. “They put so much heat on my hair, I swear I didn’t think it was ever going to be healthy again. But I didn’t touch it during the hiatus and it’s back to being healthy again,” she told GLAM.

2. Keri Russell

Keri Russell has some of the loveliest ringlets in Hollywood. When she cut off her long locks in favor of a boyish crop for season two of “Felicity,” ratings for the show fell. Even though there were a number of other factors that could have been responsible for the decline in viewership, WB execs are convinced the hairstyle change was responsible. Russell hasn’t cut off her hair since, but these days she likes it wear it long and wavy.

1. Sarah Jessica Parker

Sarah Jessica Parker has some of the most enviable curls in Hollywood. Over the years, she has worn her hair in a number of different ways. During the first few seasons of “Sex and the City,” Parker kept it curly; however, by the time the series ended, she started styling it in waves instead. We definitely prefer this Golden Globe-winning actress with her voluminous curls, although she tends to wear it wavy these days.
