10. Lara Stone’s Rehab Stint

Lara Stone – the curvaceous model who seems to have it all – went to rehab back in 2009 to overcome an alcohol addiction. The supermodel claims that she would become violent when she was drunk, slapping bouncers, doormen and ex boyfriends. Her addiction got so bad that she would wake up shaking with withdrawal symptoms, which she remedied with drinks that she always kept in her bag.

9. Karen Mulder’s Suicide Attempt

Karen Mulder was one of the world’s leading supermodels; however, the pressures of fame were too much for and, over the years, she’s suffered numerous setbacks, including failed suicide attempts. Mulder has accused her father, model executives and Prince Albert of Monaco of sexual abuse and, in 2002, she overdosed on sleeping pills and went into a coma. In 2009, this troubled supermodel was arrested for threatening her plastic surgeon.

8. Cara Delevingne’s Coke Scandal

Although the media believes the bag contained cocaine, the model – who has a reputation for loving the nightlife with heavyweights like Rihanna – has refused to comment.

In 2010, Naomi Campbell was forced to testify at the war crimes trial against former Liberian president Charles Taylor. Campbell had been threatened with jail time unless she appeared at the hearing to give evidence against Taylor, who was accused of selling diamonds to buy weapons in Sierra Leone’s civil war.
