Jason Alexander – who is best known for playing George Costanza on “Seinfeld” – guest starred on the 200^th episode of “Two and a Half Men” as John Cryer’s character Alan’s cardiologist. Alexander’s character gives Alan a clean bill of health after his two heart attacks; however, Alan keeps milking his family and Walden’s guilt, as he fakes more heart attacks.

Jenna Elfman starred in three episodes of “Two and a Half Men.” In two of those episodes she played Frankie, a love interest of Charlie Sheen’s character Charlie Harper, and for the season nine premiere, she guest starred as Dharma from her sitcom “Dharma & Greg.” Eflman brings her old co-star Greg  (Thomas Gibson) to check out Harper’s beachfront place.
