Vin Diesel may portray a grisly action star on the big screen, but in real life he is a down-to-earth family man who is dedicated to his gorgeous family.
Diesel, 47, and his longtime girlfriend Paloma Jimenez, 31, share three children together, daughter Hania, 6, son Vincent, 4, and their newest addition Pauline was born in March 2015, and named after Diesel’s late friend and Fast & Furious co-star.
On May 28, Diesel took to his Facebook page to share an adorable photo of his youngest daughter, showing the doting dad planting a kiss on the gorgeous little girls head while cradling her in his arms as they lay back, not needing a caption for the sweet picture.
Following Walker’s tragic death in 2013, Diesel in particular has been very vocal about the impact Walker had in his life and explained on NBC’s Today following his daughter’s birth that naming her after Walker was his way of keeping Walker in his life.
“He was in the room [when she was born]. There’s no other person that I was thinking about as I was cutting the umbilical cord. I just… knew he was there. It felt like a way to keep his memory a part of my family and a part of my world,” he stated of paying tribute to his late friend through little Pauline’s name.
