Sara Gilbert is one proud mama — to the cutest baby you’ve ever seen.
The Talk co-host, 40, welcomed a baby boy named Rhodes Emilio Gilbert Perry with wife Linda Perry on Saturday, Feb. 28.
On the show on Monday, Sara’s co-host Julie Chen shared the happy news. “Our very own Sara and her wife Linda are the proud parents of a new baby boy and both mother and child are doing well,” she said.
Then, co-host Sharon Osbourne had the honor of showing the audience the first photo of the adorable baby, who is wrapped up in a blanket and sleeping soundly in the pic. The audience was overcome with a chorus of “aww’s — check out the video to see the cute photo for yourself!
Julie also tweeted congratulations to Sara and her wife. “A Huge congratulations to @THEsaragilbert and her new baby boy,” she wrote to her 260,000 followers. “So happy for you and @RealLindaPerry!”
Sara and Linday, 49, started dating in 2011 and tied the knot last year. Sara also has two children from a previous relationship.
Sara announced her pregnancy on The Talk back in September, much to the delight of her co-hosts. Aisha Taylor even picked her up and swung her around.
“We’re having a baby at The Talk. I feel like all five of us are giving birth,” Julie gushed.
