The Bachelor is officially back this Janu-Arie and avid fans of the franchise are more excited than ever to find out who Arie Luyendyk gives his final rose to! Fans were initially quite shocked when Arie was chosen as this season’s Bachelor, but the soft-spoken gentlemen quickly won their hearts during his Bachelor debut last week. Tonight Arie will narrow down his lovely contestants from twenty one to eighteen. His first one-on-one date will be with Becca Kufrin and the duo will take a Pretty Woman style date where Arie spoils Becca with expensive shoes and dresses.
His second one-on-one date will be with contestant Krystal Nielson whom Arie flies to his hometown Arizona. Krystal is definitely one to watch and Reality Steve predicts that quite a bit of drama will surround this contestant who has admitted she isn’t there to make friends and simply wants to grow closer to Arie.
Tonight’s episode will also consist of a Demolition Derby group date. The women are required to spray and decorate their cars and contestant Annaliese is rumoured to have a meltdown during the date because she has a fear of bumper cars.
Four girls missed out on date this episode: Lauren Schleyer, Lauren Burnham, Jacqueline Trumbull and Ashley Luebke, however it will ultimately be Valerie Biles, Lauren Griffin, and Jenny Delaney that are eliminated in episode 2.
Later in the season, Arie will narrow down his final four to Tia Booth, Kendall Long, Lauren Burnham but it is Becca Kufrin who is ultimately the contestant who wins Arie’s heart and is given the final rose!
