Tamra Judge from The Real Housewives of Orange County shared an important and sad health update with her followers on Sunday.
Judge took to social media to share a mirror selfie of a dark spot on her backside while disclosing the mark was melanoma and had sidelined her plans to compete in an upcoming bodybuilding competition. “I was planning on competing again in November at 50 years old, but I’m not sure that’s happening now. It looks like God has a different plan for me. I’m showing you this picture because this is what melanoma looks like.”
The Real Housewives star also shared that she isn’t sharing this information for attention or condolences, but rather to make her fans aware to get their own skin checked. “I don’t want sympathy, I want you to save YOUR ass and get your skin checked. This was just a small black flat freckle…. I had no idea!” she shared.
Judge continued by sharing that the news makes her feel “a little sad, worried and pissed off.” She also added that she is fortunate and grateful that they caught the spot early on before it progressed.
The Real Housewives star is very health oriented and previously revealed to ET that she takes fitness and nutrition quite seriously. “I truly believe that working out, eating well, and taking your supplements is really the key to staying young,” she told ET.
