Molly Sims, 41, and her husband Scott Stuber, 46, were happy to announce the arrival of their second child via her website on Thursday March 26. “We welcome Scarlett May Stuber into our family. Our hearts are bigger with you here,” she wrote as a caption for an adorable photo of the newborn.
The couple, who are already parents to a two year old son, Brooks, announced that they were expecting again in September 2014 on her website and through social media with a picture of the gorgeous model/actress holding her son with a sign reading “2 years” in front of him and she holding another reading “4 months.”
“Scott, Brooks, and I are welcoming a fourth member to our little family – our second child!,” she wrote before adding “how excited” they all were for a new baby. Not long after her announcement, Sims found out she was expecting a baby girl after previously stating, “I’d love to have girls. I dream of pigtails and tank tops,” to People magazine.
Sims has been very open about her pregnancy in her forties and admitted that she was most worried about how her son would adjust to not being an only child anymore and even thought about interesting ways to “practice.” “I think we’re gonna start to get a baby doll and bring it home and name it,” she revealed.
Sims and her film producer husband Stuber have been married since September 24, 2011.
