Over the weekend, Jamie Lynn Spears got hitched to James Watsona t the Audubon Tea Room in New Orleans. Britney was in attendance with her boyfriend David Lucado and her sons, Jayden James and Sean.
Jamie Lynn, 22, wore a Liancarlo V-neck lace gown, later adding a fur bolero to keep warm. She wore her blond hair pulled back in a low bun hairstyle for the ceremony and then and let her hair down for the reception.
The bride might seem young to be tying the knot, but she and James have been dating for three years. They got engaged last March, after which Jamie Lynn confirmed the engagement with photos of the couple and her gorgeous ring on Instagram.
Jamie Lynn is known for her role on the Nickelodeon show Zoey 101, but she’s now launching a music career as a country artist. People might think that her chosen genre is a bit strange since her big sister Brit is a “pop princess,” but Jamie Lynn insists, “I was raised in Louisiana. I worked in L.A., but my home, my heart, is Louisiana.”
