Supermodel Gigi Hadid has definitely had her plate full the past few weeks while jet-setting across the world to promote her new Maybelline collaboration!
The blonde beauty has packed quite the extensive wardrobe in her luggage and we’ve seen her rocking everything from gorgeous metallic shoes, lovely taupe trenches and of course, bold statement dresses! This particular all-yellow ensemble took us by surprise when she stepped out at the Maybelline VIP party in London on November 7.
Typically, yellow is one of those pesky colors that no one quite knows how to style. It’s hard to match accessories with, can sometimes wash out fair skin tones and is ultimately just not the most flattering shade. Gigi, however, has most definitely made us second guess our previous notions about this color. She stepped out in a textured, strapless mini dress that showed off her long, lean legs and glowing skin perfectly. Being the guest of honor, Gigi most definitely had to make a statement, and yellow does that by nature!
To add a glamorous flare, she donned a matching yellow duster and slung it over her shoulders to make it look perfectly undone. Since the color is so bold on its own, Gigi paired the look with modest nude pumps and a messy updo.
