Bruce Jenner’s life has changed a lot recently and it all began when he and his wife of 24 years, Kris Jenner, announced they were getting a divorce.

Although we didn’t know it at the time, it is because Bruce has made the decision to transition from a man to a woman and in the newest season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, viewers are getting glimpses of how Kris and Bruce are dealing with being divorced.

In a sneak peek for the newest episode Bruce finds out that after all those years Kris ended up replacing him as the executor of her living will after they split.

In the clip, he accompanies Kris to the hospital where she is undergoing a procedure requiring sedation and the nurse is required to ask if she has the proper documents in order in case of any complications. Although all she has to say is yes or no, Kris takes the opportunity to let it out that in case of anything, her oldest daughter Kourtney Kardashian is the executor of her living will.

“For my entire marriage with Bruce he has always been listed as the executor on my living will. But when Bruce and I got divorced I decided that Kourtney was going to be the executor.”

Bruce begins wiping away tears after hearing the news and tells Kris, “The problem I have with all of this – Kourtney with the final say? What, I’m not here? I’m the only one here. She’s not here.”

“If somebody needs to make a decision, like taking you off life support, we’re divorced. I don’t think you should be the one that would decide,” Kris responds to him.
