Evan Bass and Carly Waddell’s family is confirmed to be growing one person bigger in the near future — the duo has announced they are expecting their first child together!
“We are so excited to welcome this new addition to our family,” Bass told E! News. “We wanted to start having children quickly…..and mission accomplished.” Although they did not reveal the baby’s sex, they did admit the baby is due to arrive this coming February. This baby will mark the couple’s first child together, but Bass also has three children from a previous marriage.
The couple met last season on Bachelor in Paradise and fell in love after a roller coaster romance of ups and downs. They have been the only couple to remain together following the season’s conclusion.
Carly revealed the couple is happier than ever and how well they work together to E! News back in April. “I think that relationship wise, we’re definitely more in love than we ever were before. I think we fall more for each other every day which is fun,” Carly shared. “It was always good, [but] it’s just that as we got to know each other better and better. We fell for each other even harder. We’ve never had a bad spell. It’s always been consistently good.”
The couple officially tied the knot in late June of this year which was officiated by fairy godfather and Bachelor host, Chris Harrison. They exchanged vows in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico and shared their ceremony with fans which is set to air in the upcoming season of Bachelor in Paradise.
