Reality TV is one of the most dramatic genres both on and off screen. Scandals are common, especially when it comes to relationships. For some very obvious reasons, reality TV star relationships typically don’t last and cheating scandals are commonplace. There are so commonplace, in fact, that we are counting down the 10 most shocking reality TV cheating scandals – check it out:

10. Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick always had an on again, off-again relationship, but no one expected him to get cozy with his ex, Chloe Bartoli, in broad daylight during a vacation in Monte Carlo he took in 2015 without Kourtney or the kids. The reality TV star did the right thing by promptly dumping Disick but, as always, the two seem to be working things out yet again.

9. Jax Taylor and Stassi Schroeder

Jax Taylor spent the majority of season one of Vanderpump Rules lying to everyone about knocking up a porn star in Las Vegas while he was dating Stassi Schroeder. It took until the last episode for him to finally confess to Stassi that the rumor was true. Stassi was particularly upset by the news. She had believed the rumor, but no one else did and it led to her feuding with her friends for the majority of the season. Even though Jax tried to win back Stassi’s trust in season two, it didn’t work and it took a few more seasons for the two of them to become friends again.

8. Leah Messer and Corey Simms

Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer shocked fans when she admitted that she cheated on her husband Jeremy Calvert with her ex husband Corey Simms, who was married at the time of their hookup to Miranda. “Corey and I did hook up two months after they got married,” Messer admitted to Us Weekly in October 2015, confirming that their affair took place in August 2013. This wasn’t the first time that Messer cheated either. The night before her wedding to Simms, she cheated on him with Robbie Kidd.

7. Ramona and Mario Singer

Real Housewives of New York star Ramona Singer found herself in the middle of a cheating scandal in 2014 when she found out her husband of more than 20 years, Mario, was having an affair with a much younger woman named Kasey Dexter. Although they tried to work it out, he couldn’t quit his mistress, so Ramona filed for divorce in 2015 and it was just finalized this past September.

6. Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin

Javi Marroquin was really good to Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry and her son with Jo Rivera, Isaac, who he has treated as his own. While Javi was in this marriage for the long haul, Kailyn apparently wasn’t. He is claiming that she cheated on him during his Air Force deployment and he has screen shots, texts and pictures to prove it. He also claims that, after she filed for divorce last December, they reconciled and he had been under the impression that they divorce was off. When he was on deployment, he found out that the divorce was still on. According to him, we can expect Kailyn’s infidelity to come out during season eight of Teen Mom 2!

At one point, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom had one of the most enviable relationships in the Kardashian klan, but that changed in 2013 when two women, Polina Polonsky and Jennifer Richardson, came forward claiming to have had affairs with Odom. One of them – Richardson – even claimed that the former NBA pro had tried to get her pregnant. After learning about his infidelity, Kardashian reportedly went to her doctor and was tested for a wide range of sexually transmitted diseases and then filed for divorce in December 2013. Although it looked like the former couple was going to reconcile after his almost fatal overdose, they are officially divorced now.

4. Mama June and Sugar Bear

Mama June and Sugar Bear seemed like a match made reality TV heaven when they finally got married in May 2013, but it wasn’t meant to be. It turns out Sugar Bear was not being faithful to Mama June. Although the couple tried to salvage their relationship by going on Marriage Boot Camp, it came out on the show that he had cheated on her with both men and women. Mama June had already been suspicious of this when she first broke up with him after she found explicit photos of men on his phone and on Boot Camp he fessed up. Naturally, after that kind of betrayal the couple split up for good after the show wrapped.

3. Kristen Doute and Tom Sandoval

Kristen Doute and Tom Sandoval had one of the most volatile relationships on Vanderpump Rules. During season two, we found out that he cheated on her with a bottle service girl in Las Vegas. Doute was devastated by this news; however, she managed to get her revenge. For a good portion of season two, everyone was gossiping about Doute hooking up with Sandova’s best friend Jax. Although both parties denied the hookup, at the end of season two, Jax finally confessed that it was true. Doute continued to lie, but finally fessed up, which ultimately led to the end of relationship with Sandoval.

In 2015, Josh Duggar found himself caught in an epic cheating scandal when news broke that he had two accounts with Ashley Madison, a dating site for people who are married. Shortly after this, it came out that he also had an account with OKCupid and had been screwing around with porn stars behind his wife Anna’s back, paying them for sex. Josh admitted to his infidelity in a post on his family’s website and also confessed to a porn addiction. In spite of all of this, he and Anna somehow managed to work through Josh’s infidelity, possibly in part because he attended a Bible-based treatment center to rededicate himself to the Lord.

Although it looked like Kendra was going to leave Hank after the scandal broke, they managed to patch things up after he admitted to meeting the transsexual model, but claimed that she had made unwanted advances on him that left him feeling violated.
