Lauren Silverman had a baby boy on Friday — and you can barely tell!
The 37 year-old girlfriend of Simon Cowell gave birth to little Eric on Friday, and this weekend she was already spotted out in New York looking svelte and stylish as she shopped for baby items.
Lauren was spotted at the boutique Bonpoint on the upper east side, where she shopped for some adorable little cardigans. Her hair in shiny waves, she wore leather leggings, a grey scarf, a comfy grey sweater, a long black coat and black flats. Wait, didn’t she just have a baby? Eric is Lauren’s second baby; she has a 7 year-old son with her ex-husband Adam Silverman. Eric is the first baby for Simon, who met Lauren when she was still married to Adam.
Simon, 54, is incredibly excited about the baby, who was named after Simon’s father. He tweeted a photos of the baby, calling him “healthy and handsome” and admitting, “I never knew how much love and pride I would feel.”
Back in September, Simon told Ryan Seacrest that he didn’t think he’d ever be a dad, but said “Lauren and I get along really well and once I got used to the idea I thought, ‘I think this is going to be very good.'”
