Hollywood’s 9 Angriest Male Celebrities

There are some men in Hollywood who are just angry – and by angry, we mean really angry. These guys are like ticking time bombs – you just don’t know when they might go off. It also doesn’t matter who you are. These male celebrities verbally assault the paparazzi, their co-workers and their families! There are a lot of angry men in Hollywood, so we decided to look for the angriest of male celebrities. These men are just as well known for their acting as for their epic temper tantrums. Here is Fame10’s list of Hollywood’s 9 angriest male celebrities! These guys are so full of rage, we definitely recommend keeping your distance.

9. Alex Pettyfer

Alex Pettyfer is rumored to have some anger management issues. A few years ago, after he and Diana Agron broke up, sources say that she became afraid of him after he threatened her during a phone chat. It didn’t stop there. He also reportedly got into a heated confrontation with Sebastian Stan, an actor the “Glee” star hooked up with shortly after their breakup. Pettyfer doesn’t just give ex girlfriends a hard time. Sources say that the people who worked with him on the set of “Magic Mike” found him incredibly difficult to work with.

8. Kanye West

Kanye West is easily one of the angriest and most entitled celebrities to ever exist. He has been accused of attacking the paparazzi on more than one occasion and, despite having completed anger management therapy years ago, he still can’t seem to stop himself from getting into these scuffles. West’s anger isn’t just directed at the paparazzi. Last year, he verbally attacked Jimmy Kimmel for spoofing the rapper’s BBC interview.

7. Alec Baldwin

Alec Baldwin’s anger is completely out of control. He was publically shamed several years ago for leaving an angry message for his daughter – who was only 11-years-old at the time – calling her “a rude, thoughtless little pig” for not answering her phone. Now that things are all good with his daughter, Baldwin has another enemy to direct his anger at – the paparazzi. The former “30 Rock” star has clashed with photographers on more than one occasion and even assaulted one last year.

6. Charlie Sheen

Charlie Sheen has quite the temper. It is explosive and much of it is directed at his ex wives and anyone who refuses to do what he says. He is known for being difficult on-set and has had people fired for addressing his unprofessional behavior – ahem, Selma Blair. We personally wouldn’t want to cross the mercurial star. He recently had Denise Richards kicked out of the home he bought for her in Mulholland Estates for not allowing him to spend time with their children during the holidays last year. We personally think Sheen is a loose cannon.

5. Mel Gibson

Mel Gibson has had a reputation for being excessively angry and abusive for a number of years. It really started in 2006 when he was arrested for driving under the influence and started hurling anti-Semitic remarks at the arresting officer. He further established himself as having rage issues a few years later when he was charged with domestic violence. Taped conversations were leaked that contained Gibson saying obscene things to his ex and the mother of his child. Something tells us this one will never change!

4. Russell Crowe

Russell Crowe has said in the past that he has problems with managing his anger, but we already knew that. The Oscar-winning actor is reportedly difficult to work with and, when it comes to the media, he has been quite hostile. Interviewers have complained about his tendency to insult them. Several years ago, Crowe proved that he was nowhere close to resolving his anger issues. While at a hotel in New York City, he threw a phone at a concierge, hitting him in the face. According to the actor’s rep, the hotel employee wasn’t being helpful. Wow – now that’s a temper!

3. Christian Bale

Christian Bale is reportedly known for his terrible temper. As the actor rose through the ranks in Hollywood, sources say that his temper became more and more out of control. According to his family, the “Dark Knight Rises” star has attacked them verbally for reasons completely unknown and a source on-set of “Terminator: Salvation” taped a video of him having an epic temper tantrum that went viral. Bale was reportedly upset with the director of photography for walking on-set while he was shooting a scene, which seems pretty ridiculous.

2. Chris Brown

As far as we’ve seen, Chris Brown has never learned to control his anger. After being charged with felony assault and making threats for attacking Rihanna, the troubled singer did everything but change his angry ways. When he was on “Good Morning America” a few years ago, he was asked about his ex. Rather than handle the situation with dignity, he walked off the set, ripped off his shirt and then went into his dressing home, threw a chair and broke the window. Who knows if Brown is capable of changing. Several months ago, he was sent to rehab and then jail for assaulting a man for photobombing a picture he was taking with another fan.

1. Sean Penn

Over the years, Sean Penn has developed a reputation for being a rageaholic. His marriage with Madonna was marred with abuse. The Oscar-winning actor was sentenced to 60 days in jail for attacking a photographer on a film set in 1987 and a year later he was charged with felony domestic assault for physically confining the queen of pop in her home while he assaulted her for several hours. Penn still has it out for photographers. In 2009, he was forced to complete 36 hours of anger management classes for attacking a photographer and breaking his camera. We’re still not sure if Penn has learned any lessons from this.
