Villains Xander, Orpheus and Clyde shook Salem up significantly last week and their reign of terror continues on Days of Our Lives (DOOL) this week. 5. Claire and Joey Kidnapped

Unfortunately, Claire and Joey are kidnapped this week and held hostage together tied up in a room. The evil trio can’t stop their bantering as of late and it appears that this just might be their downfall in the end. The two teens are terrified and Xander gets pretty nasty while overseeing them at one point. The good news is that Steve and Kayla will bond over this situation.

4. John and Steve to the Rescue!

Spoilers indicate that Orpheus will have a blast taunting John with photo updates on Claire. Naturally, Steve and John join forces and create a game plan to save the teens that are close to their hearts. The rescue mission is risky, but thank goodness Steve and John are experts at taking huge risks … and succeeding. Bets should be placed on these two men.

3. Abe’s Life In Danger

This whole Orpheus/Xander/Clyde situation has taken a huge toll on Theo and it only gets worse for the teen this week. One within the dastardly trio (Clyde) actually guns down Abe in the middle of Salem’s town square. The community will now be even more rattled by the recent turn of events. As Abe fights for his life this week, Theo struggles to stay strong.

2. The New Chabi?

Is there a new couple alert on the horizon? Chad and Gabi will continue to grow closer when they accidentally run into each other this week. This is after Jennifer tries to ease JJ’s concerns over Chad and suggest that he isn’t as threatening as they once believed him to be. While it seems that Gabi may be a distraction for Chad as (spoiler alert) Abigail will return to Salem in the form of a recast (Marci Miller) this November – Gabi just might be genuinely falling for Chad. This will undoubtedly create a rift between her and JJ. Still, JJ will try with all of his might to inject a little bit of romance into their relationship this week.

Days Of Our Lives Character Returns That Totally Underwhelmed Fans

1. Baby Mama Drama

Philip will walk away from Chloe this week (yes, you read that right) for good after the results of her baby’s paternity test come in. In an odd twist of events the test comes back indicating that Deimos is not the father of Chloe’s baby. This not only comes as a shock to Philip, but to Chloe as well. Regardless, Philip seems ‘done’ with Chloe’s ‘games’ … but is she really playing any games … or is she (and Philip) getting played?
